The Inside Edge is a business run by Callum Davey, ex-ArmyCaptain and his wife, Tammy Beaumont, England Cricketer.

They approached On Poynt with a concept of no-nonsense, honest and functional team building advise. No company perks that aremeaning less to 90% of the workforce and team days out that fail to get employees engaged.

As a design agency, we wanted to capture the essence of this raw, authentic service with distressed textures and black and white imagery. A pop of red flashes a punctuation of personality against an otherwise monochrome aesthetic meaning the brand is a stark contrast to more commercial, safer and ‘friendlier’ team building businesses.
