Branding

An identity with momentum designed into it - sales revolutions

The Challenge

Two sales experts were launching a consultancy for high performing sales teams, and the sector they were walking into is corporate, a little stuffy and, frankly, quite dull. They didn't want to look like any of it. The brand had to do two jobs at once: prove the process was tried and trusted, and show that working with them genuinely moves a team somewhere new.

The Approach

We designed something closer to a tech start-up than a sales consultancy. A Newton's cradle became the central device, a simple way of showing the knock-on effect their input has right across a business. The logo carries the same thought: a company arrives as one shape and, through the process, ends up as another, rebuilt into a sharper proposition for its team. Colour, type and movement were all chosen to feel dynamic without tipping into gimmick, so the brand still holds up in front of senior buyers.

The Solution

Unlimited Potential launched with a brand that stands well apart in a crowded space, and they have since taken on three high value clients of exactly the type they set out to attract. The identity now runs through their marketing, merchandise and course materials, so it stays on desks and in bags long after a session ends and keeps them front of mind. They have kept On Poynt on for everything that followed, and we are still working out where the brand goes next. Branded desk-sized Newton's cradles are on the list.

One input, a knock-on effect across the whole team.
